I was told that Mick O'Shea was also involved in starting the SR when Billy and himself met in Killarney. I feel that this discussion should only continue on the members only forum as it is a members thing.

Fuel cleaner
Hi,
Have used some additives the odd time. Never found it to do any harm and they do work. You may get some strong fumes for a short while.
Best of luck with the car,
Regards

Automatic forward clutches
Neil, Thanks for getting back on the query with my auto. Can the forward clutches be fixed without taking the engine gearbox out and taking off that big flat plat on the front of the box. I suppose not is the answer. I have all the gear for changing it over to manual but would like to keep it automa...

Automatic
Peter,
How did the oil check /change work out for you. Interested as my automatic also is in trouble. It will run in reverse but not in any of the forward gears. I have changed the filter and oil but still no change. It has only 34 K up so it may be a bit soon for the clutches to give up.

ER Party
Delighted to hear the ER party/dinner was a great success and the turn out was large in numbers. Hope there was someone with a camera taking shots for an article or two for the magazine as we hope to publish one before the AGM in March. Happy new year to all.

AGM
Hopefully the queue at the AGM will be a long one as last year the numbers attending were down on previous years. There should be a push by the regions to get members to attend this year as its good for the club.

Christmas Run 27th December
Just a word of thanks to the people who turned up for the mini run on the 27th December in the SR. We had a fantastic day down around west Cork.
Heard on our travels that the MINIS were out the day before for a run.
Health to you and yours in the New Year.
