I use it all the time to buy and sell, never had a problem and picked up great deals. You can check somebodies feedback and history and decide to deal with them or not.

Can this light be used as a reversing light in nct ?

As it is a clear lens pointing backwards once it only comes on when the car is in reverse it should be allowed.
