AGM time again folks.
This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Sunday 9th March 2014 in The Tullamore Court Hotel ,Tullamore ,Co.Offaly.
All fully paid up members of the club are invited to attend and have the right to vote on matters of I.M.O.C. business.
Membership Renewal applications and fees can be submitted to the Club Secretary at the door prior to the A.G.M.
Sunday lunch is served in the Windmill restaurant and there is also a bar food menu available in the bar. As there is another function in the hotel that day the restaurant will be busy so we ask that anyone dining beforehand give themselves plenty of time for the journey and to dine, as it will be a punctual 2pm start to facilitate those who have long journeys home.
A full and punctual attendance would be greatly appreciated.
