Johnny murphy of Cork Mini Centre is organising a run on sunday december 1st meeting at the topaz petrol station on the bandon road at 11.00.
(across from dunnes stores)
leaving at 11.30 sharp the run is approx 45 miles finishing at the ramble inn in ballinhassig for soup and sandwiches and light refrishments.

Grand dry morning for today's run.

Well done to Johnny for organising a grand relaxed run yesterday. The soup and sambos in The Ramble Inn went down a treat.

New for 2014 is that the Southern Region will have a monthly meeting on the second Wednesday of each month. The first meeting will on Wednesday January 8th at 8.30pm in The Ramble Inn, Halfway, Ballinhassig, Co. Cork.
