mini engined gokart differential info

I am building a mini engined gokart with mini running gear at the rear end by welding/ replacing the steering column, lokin for info on welding the differintal so bothwhels spin , if anyone could help I wud be happy thanks :)

I have i few standard diff with 3.44 and a 3.6 the 3.6 would give you very good accretion but slow down top speedIm in sligo

Ihave a mate with one of them diffs , bryan he nos ya , but jus welding it is my prob I dnt want to screw it up I
