Diagnostic Reader locations

This thread is to help people with injected Minis locate a member or a garage in there area with the nessessary equipment to read the ECU and/or IMMOBILIZER on SPi and/or MPi Minis.
Apart from the last of the Rover equipment most Diagnostic equipment will not read all the information available or may only allow limited progamming of the Mini so it is important to list the make/model of equipment available.There will be a seperate thead for the abillities of different equipiment.
