Stupid question but has the new Non-Use of Motor Vehicles Bill 2013 come into action yet?


If it isn’t broke then it’s not a Mini

No u can still declare it off the road and not pay back tax dude I jus did it today
If it's bigger than a mini it's not a mini

I did it last week for the mini I bought a couple of weeks ago. Just as well, because it'll make it harder to sell cars that have run out of tax, because back tax will be due I think.
