Austin Mini 1000 engine removal : What Work To Do?

The Mini will be visiting the body shop fairly soon and will be getting a full change colour repspray. The engine will have to come out for a thorough job, so I was wondering what I should have done with the engine, while it is out of the bay. If someone could put together an order list of what I should have changed, that would be really great. All I need is the description and I will go find it online and order. I want her properly sealed up and in perfect working order.
