Studs now being taken of the road for some work to be done, this be the first time of tackling any major work by mself so expect lots of questions!

When Stud is finished he will be used as my everyday so I want to change most wearible items, wheel bearings, brake lines, bushes, suspensions parts and so on.

Just wondering, I want to get hi-lows but have no experience with them, can anyone recommend any, good/bad experiences, ride comfort...

Can't say about ride comfort with the rubber cone as I installed the coil springs with the hi lows but instalation is straight forward , I found the set up of ride height took longer than installing them.
Bought mine from minispares I think for £75 All the normal companies sell them

i bought some cheap hilo's over at mini in the park last year and hav'nt found a problem with them, i used my old donuts so all i had to do was count the threads and i was at the right level for each corner. the old cones are solid as hell so the ride is bumpy....very bumpy!! lost the exhaust 3 times now and 1 number plate but other than that go low!!
