So it started yesterday when the indicators stopped working, cleaned all the conections on the in line fuses behind the carb, replaced them all (including the four in the fuse box to the left of the carb) since I was there. Still didn't work and randomly tried them and they fixed themselves! Then relisied the heater and wipers stopped working, had a fiddle around the fuses again then they started working again but the horn then stopped working. Back to the beginning again with the indicators which still haven't come back to life and then to top it all off I'v no reverse or brake lights!

Some how the side lights, dipped beams, high beams (with the four spots) and the tail lights survived all this but does anyone have any explaination for all this? Its 94 carbed

I'd suspect the fuse box, since things come and go as you fiddle about. Remove and check each fuse again and give all the contacts including the spade connectors a really good clean with a small wire brush, after disconnecting the battery obviously. I used to have a lot similar electrical gremlins on the clubman and a good clean of the fusebox nearly always sorted it.

The flasher unit for the indicators could be gone
