What arches to go for?

Post by Benny »

well lads, Im sure as some of you know I am restoring an '88 mini with my dad. We are getting the car sandblasted and painted soon and need to decide on what arches to go for. We have some that came with the car when we bought it but they are chrome (looking) and don't look great. Dad wants to go for original mini wheels, 10"?

As you can probably tell I don't have much knowledge when it comes to minis. Basically my question is what arches would look good with the original 10" alloys? Cheers

Mini special arches or Wood and Pickett type look good on 10".

Genuine W&P sprayed the same colour as the bodywork look great with 10s or 12s

Mini special arches and the Wood & Pickett ones look well too :D Or if you go with 4.5 X 10 alloys the deluxe side trims looks as nice as any arches.
