Great work so far, but those headlights look a little twisted to me. 8)

yep they look flat alright but the light pattern when you turn them on looks like it will be all over the place,
the lines that run through the glass lens should all run vertical but they look to be off

just get an old worn belt that is too long and cut it to the size you need (make sure the alternator is in all the way on the adjustment), then bring it to a motorfactors and ask can they get a belt that is the same size or very slightly bigger, you don't want to go smaller

Needless to say the mtm took its toll on the poor mini but my package arrived from mini spares, new ball joints and wheel bearings, then she's back on the road for some good oul thrashing :) I was chuffed it made it around Ireland but was worried when I got home but thank god it was only wheel bearings, few mods to be done and it'll be done, hav holiday booked for a week in salou but after that its getting a steel front and few performance upgrades, ecu rear discs, carbons bits, ect...gonna be costly but my baby is worth it so keep an eye on progress peeps :)

Actually you can buy any alternator belt size you want. You might have to buy them online though. 742 should be easy to get. Are they 5pk's ( 5 grooves )

Sorry that was meant to be 745.
Generally intervals in 5 are easy to get.
