Spotlight with sidelights

Is there any spotlights with side lights like all the lorrys on the roads
There h3's on the 5.5" wipacs right ?
Is there a h3 with a dim of any sort ?
Or would i have to put in a small 5w bulb like the head light

I know that some of the old Oscars lamps have a side light in them and their are some newer imitation ones that have the same, Ring might do something similar but I'm sure if you did a quick google search it'd throw up something

What Minis have you?: 1976 saloon , 1275cc, White with black roof. Converted to Discs on the cheap so stuck with 12"s for now.

We normally just drill the Ring Rally Giants and use the rubber "push-in" type side lights.
We've done this with a few pairs and not had a problem yet.

Thats what i was thinking of doing just wondering if there was any on the market all ready
