can any one clear the confusion..am about to replace the oil stem seals on
a 1981 1 litre head..do i just replace the oil seals on the inlet valves or do i do
them all ( inlet and exhuast)
what are the best seals to use..the one s i have are
from mini spares uk (top hat) adu 4905

have had the head skimmd with howard engineering

any advise would be appreciated

While you are at it and have it apart you might as well do all 8.....in my opinion. Have to do mine soon and those are the seals I got from Somerford so In hope they are right.
