ANNUAL IMOC AUTOJUMBLE 16TH. SEPTEMBER

Post by Darran »

Hi Everyone,

This years IMOC Annual AutoJumble will be held on the 16th September from 12pm-5pm.

This years venue has been changed to a much better and bigger venue at Toughers Restaurant, Tougher Business Park, Newhall, Naas, Co Kildare
GPS Coordinates: N 53º 12' 12" / W 6º 44' 36"

This is a huge step up for the IMOC for this annual event and will showcase an indoor facility for us for the first time ever as well as the use of an outside carpark too!

Toughers is situated just 5 minutes off Exit 10 on the M7 between Naas & Newbridge and they will be serving food from 12pm onwards on the day. GPS Coordinates: N 53º 12' 12" / W 6º 44' 36"
There is also a state of the art filling station and shop adjacent to the restaurant.

The cost of stands are as follows:

IMOC members - No charge
Non IMOC members - E5.00 euro
Trade stands - E10.00 euro

More details to follow later on, so get rooting in those attics and garages and bring along whatever you have on the day and make the most of this great Indoor / Outdoor event! :D

Any queries please contact Martin Murphy on 087 - 697 7407

As Darran says, this is a huge step up for the IMOC and we will no longer be weather dependent for our club autojumble. The Clonsilla Inn was good to us over the years but the lack of shelter meant that everyone was slow to bring along any items which would be destroyed in the rain.

So make a big effort to bring along your unwanted Mini items and turn a few Euros for yourself.

Well done, Darran.

Joey,

An autojumble is like a car boot sale for car parts. By having it indoors, the stuff for sale doesn't get wet.

If Woody doesn't take the stove, I'll take it. Mind you, I'd want the dust taken off it first!

Hi all,

Will be attending as a trade stand so will have a range of new parts there as well as 2nd hand. Ideal opportunity to collect bulky or fragile items, like seats or glass, that may otherwise be impossible to post.
I'm already bringing an engine for someone so anything go's! :D

Hi

New to Minis, so I don't have many spare bits (yet).

So I thought I would list some of the bits I will be looking for as inspiration for anyone rooting about the back of their shed/garage/spare room/under the bed/etc

12” spare wheel with decent tyre
Underwing air vent hoses
Behind the grill air scoops
Heater in good nick
Three dial cluster
Clubman bumper
Sump guard

Looking forward to it

Great venue today gang..
Fair play Darren & Martin very well organised ...
Thanks to everyone who called to my table today and purchased.
I even managed to buy some goods myself and they are hidden away in garage now... Awaiting fitting...
It was great to even put a face to names I'd hear on the forum and say hello...
Roll on next year....
Well done again to all involved setting today up.

Ps... The Stove is still for sale..
