Hey guys,

I'm building up my Mini at the minute with alot of help from my dad (alot).

He's originally a 1983 Mini City but were going the retro route.
Trying to put in as many new parts as I can afford.
Paintwork will be Honda Melano Red with a black roof.
Group 5 arches in black and 10x6 Mambas with A008Yokos.
He will be badged as a Morris Cooper S.

Dave where do you get that pic! That's my dads old mini. He had it 20 years ago and that could be me sitting in passenger seat! Weird that that's the one I'm basing the look on. Anymore pics?

3 clock binnacle in centre, and all black with a touch of red. More subtle look than SSI mk1 ;)

Bit of an update. Decided to scrap the Flip Front and go for new panels instead. Flip had some waves
in the wings and it was never gonna sit the way id like it to. So ordered some new panels
from Huddersfield (never again, got delivery address wrong, send wrong speedo cable and panels
were marked, plus their ignoring my emails and not returning may calls. Well you live n learn).

The front panel does not match the curve of the bonnet so the bonnet will need modifying to allow it to run
in line with the front panel. Mk1 front will show this up if not sorted now.

So next stop Paint! Looking forward to seeing it done now.
