Here she is. Just one pic at the minute cause it's dull in the garage. I'm going for the classic Red, White roof and stripes look. Should be painting in the next few weeks.

Yeah she's an 88. I bought it from Skelly two weeks ago. Do you know much about it??

Yea that's the one..I striped it all.it's been around the club two.know of two in the club that had it before me..needed some work..patch welded in floor ?

Yeah its had a patch in the drivers footwell. She needs a patch under the rear seat and another in the passenger footwell. She's had sills replaced at one time. She has had a bang at the front before too, took an hour of wire brushing to remove the isapon which was a good 1/2 inch thick to uncover the ding. tapped it straight(ish) with a hammer and tried it up with a bit of filler, saves fitting a new front end. When all is said and done though it's good solid original shell. Going shopping tomorrow for doors, bonnet and boot lid.

Yea from what I member the patchs on the floor where done brutal..and it wasn't me..they wer done with stick welder I'd say..

Yeah there's a patch in the drivers side thats as rough as a bears arse. Think I might clean it up and plate it right.

After spending a few hours at it today I got the engine running. After laying up for the last 10 years she running as sweet as a nut :D

Gonna drop it out this week clean it up and paint it.

That was my car for a few months!

If the engine your putting into it is the original one it hasnt been lying up for 10 years. More like 10 months.

No it's out of another mini. Didn't get an engine with the car.
