Best bits of 2011

Post by gareth »

So we are now into 2012. What were your most memorable Mini moments of 2011.

For me I guess it has got to be MTM. In particular The 26minute head gasket change on Ian Graham's mini. And then in buncrana that night- Macker, Mick Glennon and myself somehow ended up outside an establishment in the town in the small hours debating if to walk to hotel or try find a taxi when myself and Macker see to "cruisers" parked chatting and went up to them-

Us: hi our dad isn't feeling great and we need to get him back to mum in the hotel can you help.

Girls in car: sure ok once the 3 of you not mind wedged in the back.

Us: that's fine cheers. HEY DAD THESE GIRLS GONNA GIVE US A LIFT!

Mick: I'll give u dad ya little.........

Us: hey it's a free lift.....

Mick: coming sons.....

Kinda funny if u were there. Oh and the beer helps too

Maybe not the best bit but certainly the most memorable.Coming around the bend on MTM to see Mustard climbing out of the upsidedown MPi and his hair all tossed for the wrong reason. And Joe Whyte drinking a yard of beer at the IMM and heading to bed about 5 minutes later.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

Ha Ha :D :D Thank god there is tn a photo of the coin game.

My best bits were beating John F to 3rd, meabhis, Adain mcgrath running around meabhis when he was driving and watching neil giving out in italian or something to a group of english guys in a mini outside a shop in Switzerland. Fun times :D :D :D
