Just spotted this for sale ad.
Three austin allegros for sale in longford. Some of these came with a 1.3 engine same as a mini. May be worth a call, could be a cheap engine in it for someone. Click on link below...

Ah don't take offence Jack,Russet Brown was a common colour on Allegros but also on Dolomites,Minis,TR7 and more of the BL range at the time.My father had a Russet Brown 1300 SDL Allegro and I would love to get one some day,it is just an itch I have to scratch sometime in the future. :D
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

And I remember a Russet Brown Marina in the family at some point (shudders).
