IMM 2012 Hungary

I know it is a bit early but I have been doing a little research into flights for the IMM 2012 and at the moment it is looking like a combination of two airlines to get better times for arrival and departure and the cost would be around €140 as it stands.A 9 seater would be £309 and when this is divided up it would be quite reasonable.I have spoken to a few people who are already booked or are interested in going so I thiught I would start up a thread to get some discussion going.

I have already booked and paid for 4 people, I'd be on for splitting a Mavis with ya.

Booking for this years IMM is on an individual basis, so no club booking this time round.

What dates is IMM2012 being held?

My last exams next year will be on 12th May (no MTM for me so ) but I could possibly make it to IMM once I know some more details........

I have booked my flight with Aer Lingus and these are the details as below.
The plan will be to get into Budapest and pick up a hire car and head into Budapest and spend the night in Budapest and sample some local hooch.
Up on Friday morning and after a bit of sight seeing, make the 2 hour journey to the IMM.
The cost of my flight was €160 and this included one checked bag each way.
A 9 seater will be about €340 for the weekend so split 9 ways is reasonable.

For anyone staying in Budapest on the Thursday, check out City Central Hotel on Karoly Street.
A single room is €45 including breakfast. It's basic, clean and close to all city centre amenities (ie. hooch bars!!!!)
