waxoyl for underbody

hi guys i just bought some waxoyl to paint the underbody of my mini, is there anything i should be wary of as i never used before or is there any tips, if you think i shouldnt use this for any reason, basically i want to protect the undeside as much as i can and could do with some guidance, thanks again

give everything a good clean down
make sure its as dry as possible

if your applying with a brush WEAR GLOVES!
its a right pain to get off your skin

thanks seanos ill go at it tomorrow as long as can borrow a mates lift, your not far from me do you know anyone that is good at small rust touch ups around body its literally tiny bits but i wouldnt chance myself as its only got 7900 miles and would like it done properly id be a bit rough id say, thanks and that goes for anyone if they could recomend someone decent and reasonable in my area preferably thanks again

Also , sometimes the Waxoyl can be a bit thick. just leave it in a basin of hot water to thin it out.....make sure you take the lid off the first, otherwise it will make it's own way off...at speed.

Maybe put down plastic under the car to catch drips?

cheers people im gettin acess to a lift on thurs so ill let you know how i go as long as this weird weather gives it a break so i can get it as dry as possible, i just got a guy to do the bodywork too hes local but i havnt shown him car yet but he said hell look after me as he likes but doesnt have a mini so ill keep you posted on that too cheers
