so i got my car all together and running perfect last night, leant over to rev it on the carb got a shock off the dizzy and engine stalled! wont start! any ideas???

Is the earth strap connected properly ? Shorted something I'd say. Is it trying to start or nothing at all ?

pretty much nothin, earth is good fuel pump is workin fine its turbo aswell and fuel is goin into the plenum,

yea all of the above! have fuel have spark have set timing! my mechanic walked away from it last night!!

Ken is your plenum filling with fuel? Or did I pick up your post earlier wrong?

yea mark the plenum is filling with fuel, wil on tm recons the pressure reg is set to high?

if your pelnum is filling with fuel you have it piped wrong.
one from the top of the reg goes to plenum one below on the reg goes to the carb fuel in and one at bottom of reg is return and one on side on its own is fuel from tank.
You need to see 4psi at the outlet side to carb, any more and needs adjusting down.
Pull top of carb off and look at jet (not directly if wrong will get shot in eye with unleaded) whilst cranking, if you are getting a jet of fuel something is wrong either you are pumping fuel into the float chamber vent not fill point or the float is fu* err broken and full of fuel as they are notorious for going porous.
