Mike Dennehy is one of our own and a regular entrant on MTM. The driver of the Anglia is Mattie McNamara from Athenry, Co. Galway who did the mechanicals on a 1959 Austin A135 Princess for me about 20 years ago.

Fantastic set of historic photos there, thanks for posting Billy.

Doesn't Mike just look the part!

I presume that's KZE 1 in its 'working' role?

Excellent photos, thanks for sharing Billy.

Love that Mike is wearing a shirt and tie...a real gentlemen racer!

Great Dunboyne racing pics.

Bet I am the only person on here who attended the races there and flag marshalled too. Single seater No 4 is a Lotus 24 with Chevrolet V8 engine, entrant owner was Chris Summers, a regular visitor from UK for Dunboyne and Phoenix Park the following weekend. Happy days.

Mike D. was not the only driver in shirt and tie then, believe me.

The pic of Porsche driven by Bill Lacey is interesting. Where is the driver's race helmet?
