all of a sudden the clutch pedal has got soft and when putting into firsrt gear or reverse when taking off it hard to get into gear even grinds at times, when driving goes into ok but pedal is still soft, checked fluid level and was low so topped it up and bleed it but no change, anyone throw some light on what may be wrong.

check for fluid leaks at the slave cylinder, on top of the clutch housing. sounds like the seals could be going.

Sounds like slave cylender. Pull back dust cover and check for fluid.
