honda b16a clubby estate

first time poster here but long time mini man :D
its been on the long finger for quiet a long while but its being resurected again,ill stick up some pics tomorrow...of how it used to be and how it looks now.after collecting loads of parts,engine,box and minitec subframe,shafts etc etc i think is time to get craking at this machine!! stay tuned!!

B16a that's the 1.6 isn't ? If u put in a 1.8 there too much metal to cut away or put on the extended nose and they just rune it (in my opion)

right so,heres the car now as it sits,driven into itd resting place for the last few years....still waiting on my doors to be reskined :x looks like ill have to get some second hand ones at some stage but its not on top of the lidt of things to get yet....so this is it...dont mind the date on the camera...its a bit nuts sometimes :lol:

coustom made alloy red and slim line electric fan

rebuile kit for the rear disks,the first ones had problems with the seals

Mmmmmm............................. I think I just wet myself! That Clubby is slammed, wouldn't be getting over many ramps will you? :lol:

is on adjustable hi-lo and gaz shocks and never had any problems to be honest,the arches are quiet flexible to which always helps!

They must be adjusted to the last! Looks sweet, and will go sweet once you throw in the jap scrap. People won't know what hit them when they hear something hitting V-tec and seeing a Clubby estate coming for them flat out! :lol:

really interesting... !!! the subframe & engine kit look really sweet. cant wait to see that in the metal!
also very curious about the front mounted rad you had for the metro engine set-up.. . . what car was it from? did you have any problems with it? here is my front rad set-up:

a word of advice before you fit the frame for the last time change the bolts to the suspension arms to the other way around or if you ever have to take the arms off you will have to remove the frame, also what are your plans for the steering rack? seen as the frame is designed for lhd?
