soundproofing

what do you guys recommend for added soundproofing? extra stick on sheets similar to the standard soundproofing or the stuff that is used for audio installs (dynamat) however it seems a tad on the expensive side

there are other products out there.. iv'e heard that Thompsons SoundX Soundproofing is good, and about 1/2 the price of DynaMatt. however, life being what it is, the stuff is probably only 1/2 as good.

Works for most cars, Easy fitted and very cheap.............................
