If you follow the official routebook, you won't need a CB. Especially if the lad you're following takes the wrong route.

Cheeers, but I have the seance of direction of a dead sparrow, even with a route map/co driver/convoy of cars & gps I'll bet I'll still get lost dont you worry

does this mean ya can pick up on the emergency services??.. fire, guards etc??

'Fraid not Ian. Channel 9 is the channel that CB-ists keep free for emergencies.

Had the CB last year along with a few lads and was great for bit of company and craic...... wasn't for the directions the route plan was perfect. very hard to get lost it was too easy to follow.

I remember some of those 10 codes from when I used to use a CB back in the early 80`s
