I have bought stuff off them in the past and had no problems although I always ask if what I ordered is in stock as it can hold up the order if they have to wait for it to come in.

Have to agree with Buddy, I've placed a few orders with Minisport and all have been incomplete. One is still incomplete a year later - (owed no more than a fiver) which shows you what their service is like. They also take so long to process an order.

And like Al, can't fault Somerford or Minispares. I've placed a good few orders with both and have never been let down.

Hope you have better luck Aaron

I agree with Buddy too.....

I had lots of problems with them. I am still waiting on parts I ordered two months ago and I am getting the run around. They will also try and charge you shipping for out of stock items when they finally do send them.
And I said, Officer, I didn't want to be drunk in public...I wanna be drunk in the bar. Now last time I checked it was still legal to be drunk in the bar. They threw me into public...arrest them!

I have to say I recently had a problem with them. Placed an order and it got delayed due to out of stock parts. BUT!!!!!!

After getting in touch with the manager a full and sincere appology was delivered along with an explanation and a £30 voucher and free delivery on what ever I orderd. I then placed another order in excess of £900 and had how problems what so ever. All parts arrived and in a timely fashion.

I would order from them again....but I always check MiniSpares first as their service is second to none.

I always send an email first enquiring on price and if in stock, then only order items in stock . Sommerford would always be my first choise though.

I never order on line as regards parts, ring up with the part number and always ask if the complete order is in stock.
