Came out of my house to head to work to find my Mayfair had been broken into. Thankfully nothin was stolen nor was the car I'd say somthing spooked them and they ran but not before they wrecked my driver door put screwdiver marks every where tried too take out front window then pulled open my boot breaking lock and catchs I am livid need new door more then likely a reg for the window and something to keep my boot closed. Mot a happy man

Was this out in Adamstown? That really sucks dude. I wonder are there people going around for mini's. Defo seems like a higher amount happening recently. Might invest in a little wheel clamp.

Yeah in adamstown seemingly they had crashed another stolen car in the estate so they must have been tryin to take the mini cos it was handy to take. Yeah il be byin a chain. All the years of laughing at mr been taking off the steering wheel but it all makes sense now

Happened me too last week ! some builders across the road spotted 2 young lads smashed the window, they tore out the dash for the radio and jammed a screwdriver in the ignition, thank god for my kill switch or it would be gone !!! When they spotted the builders coming over to approach them they scattered.

Scum the lot of them.

Think I'm going to walk around with the rotor arm in my pocket from now on !

From experience of these fuckers, the effect of Karma is non existant. They aint dumb either, they do be carrying screwdrivers and knives, they wouldnt think twice about japping you, and they know even if they Kill you by stabbing you in the street, sweet frog all will happen to them.
If you want tear these guys a new one, your the one more likely to come out worse, unless of course you would be prepared to stab them as well. Personally I like not being locked up surrounded by these filth bags, so I try avoid them. I work near that wonderful example of Humanity that is Darndale, Ive seen some mad doodoo.

Unfortunatley they are targets. They are usually well kept, and are not a normal car. This means retards decide to wreck them, just because they can. Found some prick trying to kick in my windscreen there a few months back outside my girlfriends. This Gang was responsible for shooting a man to death in East wall for telling them to frog off.
Saw them on a corner one friday nite, it crossed my mind that just 1 petrol bomb and a communities problems would have been finished.
The only way IMO is zero tolerance from everybody, unfortunatley thats not gunna happen.

But a flashing LED and a big lock are the way to go, or just leave the doors open with nothing in the car.

obviously not the brightest tools in the box...wouldnt you just rather they smash the window. Becareful bending that door back, it could snap. Doors aint cheap at all.

Tell me about it sure as any mini driver knows the locks in the door are old and I can open them with the end of a lid of a pen so defo not bright call themselves car thieves can't even steel a mini. And they broke the door frame it's cracked in two the only thing holding it up is the window.

ive got dints all over my car and not one of them are from me!!

have myself removable steering wheel and an immobiliser...i like to think they'd just walk passed the car when they see no stereo or no steering wheel in it, it may be worth investing in one yourself?

Jaysus Al, sorry to hear about this. Im only on the next road back from you and have had the estate parked in full view the last couple of nights. Ill be keeping it in front of the wife's yoke in future. Ive a badass chain on mine and not so much as a decent stereo worth nickin in the car! Giz a shout if ya need anything.
