You should get good deals on hotels, a lot have reduced prices or are giving special offers.

Hope you have a good trip.

Hey, on this website you also can find very cheap hotels.
http://www.booking.com/

In Waterford you can check the Marina Hotel, it should have reasonable prices. for Dublin, it really depends where in Dublin they want to stay, and how long they want to stay. The Bewleys out on the N7 has rooms for 69 euro per night, but it's basically outside the M50, so a good bit out of Dublin city centre. On the other side is very close to the luas stop, so they would have a straight run into Dublin city centre with the luas.
Hope this helps.
sergio.

the abberly court down the road from this also has cheap rooms, it's beside tallaght village, close to the mountains for the mountain roads... Bewleys is a good distance from the nearest luas stop. 15 minute walk I'd say if not more. Abberly is just a 2min walk. 20 min drive to the city centre. With all the new redundant hotels open in tallaght, rooms are going cheap enough most places out here

It is right beside the square shopping centre. Which is where all the public transport for tallaght converges. theres about 10 busses that stop there and head to the city centre and this is also where the luas stops. As i said its about 20 Mins drive into the city, and a 10 minute drive to the mountains. Should have no bother getting into dublin from there.
Night out on the rip will cost you about 18euro to get back to the hotel in a taxi.

You should also consider Maynooth. It's a short train journey into Dublin and there's a hotel near the station. There are several club members in Maynooth and I'm sure a few could meet up with you while you're in the area.

The Clarion hotel at Liffey Valley is very well placed for the road network being a few mins drive from the main city orbital route (M50) and is on the N4/M4 which is a main arterial route to the midlands & west of the country.
http://www.clariondublinliffeyvalley.com/
Rooms from €69.

It is located close to the Liffey Valley Shopping & Leisure Centre, Retail Outlets and has excellent bus connections on the nearby Quality Bus Corridor to/from city (20 mins by buses 25/25a/25X, 66, 66X, 67, 67X) http://www.dublinbus.ie
There is also a large bar/cafe/restaurant a few mins walk from the hotel http://www.arcbar.net/

Liffey Valley, Lucan is situated close to the mountains and also the Liffey River, Hermitage Golf Range, Palmerstown Bowling Alley, Lucan Village (nice old village with restaurants, bars etc) and the Phoenix Park http://www.phoenixpark.ie/-Europes largest urban park which houses one of the oldest zoos in the world http://www.dublinzoo.ie

Here is my uncle's BandB in Bunratty, 20 mins away from Limerick City. It's a beautiful little village/ town place and the pubs are pure Irish!
