Re: New look website and features
The website is excellent Simon well done...
Can I suggest though that the external link are opened as a new window (or tab) rather than diverting to the external site, just a suggestion as it will keep the imoc web site there rather that go to the external link and click a few times find you have to press back 10 time!!

Re: New look website and features
Thanks all for your feed back. Over the last few weeks I have been putting some amount of hours into the website and that I was seen computer code every where I looked so I ended up going into work just for the break!
To answer a comment Tony suggested "Captions with the photos (if possible) would be good". I do plan to have the photo's with some sort of caption. I just have to sit down and go through the photos I have. I just wanted the main part of the web site on line before Christmas. I also plan to have members and their Mini photos to appear on the home page. This will replace the "Happy Christmas" message. But the problem is that only 16 members have sent in photo's of them and their Minis. This means that every 16th time some one visits the site, the same photo will appear. So I will need members to send in their photos.
So keep the comments coming and start sending in photos and video's to build a great gallery and site!
Thanks
Simon

Thanks simon, great new look to the site, a lot of work for you but well worth it. I love the photos taken of the killarney run by a certain cork man who did not have a camera on the day, but all is forgiven

1: Random photo on the home page and other pages
Home page link : http://www.irishminis.ie
How come I seem to get more pictures of Milton spread over the bonnet of his Mini rather then the two two nice women in miniskirts at the Classic Car Live photoshoot ? I think you should be able to put more randomness on some photos over others

Simon,
will i write my reply in colour or black and white?
perhaps writing it in Colour would be better?
having said that, fromwhat i've googled on phpBB2 the default spellchecker seems to be UK-english? is the board hosted in Australia perhaps?

I'll go through the setting some time this evening. But only "UK English" is installed. Maybe I missed some thing but either way I'll check again.

Mummy Hen what web browser are you using? I'm not missing the "view active topics" at any stage on the Forum. Even Keith's post above as it in the image he's attached and he's shown as logged in. Could you do a screen shot at the problem page and send it to me or post it here?
Regard's the spell check. I'm still looking into it.

Re: New look website and features
If your using any version of "Microsoft Windows" then I guessing your using "Internet Explorer". The problem has been sorted out any how. So you should be back to normal. any other problems just let us know.
