do your brake lights work??

sounds like a case of a wire earthing and could be the reverse switch wire.... (my case before)

check from underneath the car, look around the box which is located underneath your gear change lever, there should be a wire there (which is your reverse light switch wire) check to see if its still intact as they can break/wear easily and earth of the box or even your exhaust...... thats all i can think of hope its that as its an easy fix

edit: that or dodgy fusebox

some day....

Thanks Steven... i double check and I had missed the relays under the steering wheel!
Now my indicators are working but not my emergency indicator, plus the lights from the dashboards are gone too

I will check at the weekend the wire earthing and the reverse switch wire + the fuse box( even though I can see iis quite new)
Thanks again

what makes this a lot easier to sort out is a voltage tester... anything from a full blown multi-meter to a bulb on a wire. there used to be a screwdriver with a 12v bulb in it, not to be confused with the mains type with a neon bulb.
