Thanks to Tommy, Joe, Tony, Mark, Martin, and Liam who have offered to run next year's MTM. Neil and I will host a handover meeting later this month to get the new committee up and running.

Can everyone involved let me know if they are available on either Sunday 22nd or 29th in Galway for a meeting? The entry forms need to be sent out fairly soon to allow people plan their activities for next year.

Billy,

I will be in Glasgow on 22nd/23rd so Sun 29th would be preferable for me please.

The problem is trying to get all those who have expressed interest into a room at the same time. It was so much easier with just 2 of us. Clearly this Saturday is out for several and Tommy C is dodgy for both. I need to have Tom there as he will be co-ordinating the Southern half route and Joe is rallying on the 29th.

If each of you PM's me your e-mail address, we'll see how much of this can be done offline. Ideally I need to know who is prepared to post/e-mail all the entry forms and process all the entries i.e. send out receipts and accommodation details, lodge entry fees, and keep the accounts for the event. Deciding the route is up to Tommy and Joe who can drag in others if they are available.

Ideally a date needs to be decided upon asap so that the entry forms can be sent out before Christmas.

Hi Mummy Hen,

We have earmarked a few dates for MTM 2010.
I'm now awaiting word back from the hotels regarding prices so that we can then make a final decision on the date.

We should have made a final decision by the end of this week and then we will be dispatching out the details to you all.
Please encourage your fellow club members/Mini owners to come over and participate with us!!

Hey lads, i was wonderin since where doing the run anyway, could we do it for charity in 2010.Apart from doing something good with the run,it might also be good publicity for the i.m.o.c. What do use think? And if so i do have a charity in mind!

Hi Keith,

Yes, the date is set for MTM 2010 :D
As we are putting together the final details at the moment, we don't want to make any announcement until the deal is sealed so to speak.

I realise that you are all eager and chomping at the bit to send in your entries but if you can bear with us a wee while more, then we can reveal all, in a manner of speaking!!
