Post by jimbo19162 »

Hi lads Im thinking of buying a 96 mini I seen online it says its a cooper and has 80k miles on it but its a N.I reg and when i enter the details of austin mini cooper (cos there is no rover mini on the vrt website) it comes up vrt 480 is this right as it seems cheap and have heard of horror stories I dont wanna buy the car and try vrt it and they say 1000 euro or anything and i tried calling them but no answer yet .

It's probably right for that age and mileage, what value did they give it?
Limited editions get knobled and with yours being a 96 would it be a monte? If so just declare it a cooper.

you should go upwhen it raining. cos the fella i work for brought his car up and got it in a good bit cheaper cos they were to lazy to look at it. but the price you got sounds about right.
