no i dont know him yet, im quite new here, only been working her for about 9 months. My mini should be finally coming over from england this week so i haven't been out here at all yet

Hello Simon and you are very welcome to the forum.I see by your user name that you are 16v and I was wondering if your car was a 16v or are you building one.Just curious as I am getting ready to build a 16v conversion in the not too distant future.

yeah i have a 1985 mini with a vauxhall calebra c20xe 16v engine in her, i haven't bulit her myself but always wanted to but didnt have that kind of cash but have studied my ass off about it. lol.

You just missed out on our Kerry Run 2 weeks ago. You'll see a trip report and photos in the Events section.

There's plenty of events happening in the club this. From a local point of view, there will be a St. Patricks Day parade and there will be a monthly run in different parts of Munster during the year i.e. Cork, Clare Kerry, Limerick, Waterford, and Tipperary.

Our annual camping weekend will be in August after the Mini 50 celebrations in Birmingham which many of us will be attending.

Then there's the MTM, which is the Irish equivalent of Lands End to John O'Groats happening on May 22-24.

Keep checking this forum and if you join the club, which costs just 20 Euros, you will be added to the mailing list.

my first event was mini 45, so was hoping to try and go to mini 50. will be joining very soon, just going to down load the forms then i'll be away.
