like the subject

ok, here's what i was thinking after hearing it once or twice before from a few people...

we all love mini's yes??
we all have different skills for working on mini's?? (cant say you dont because well, its a mini... )
theres nearly always something either not working, you would like to change or better, leaking, or even searching for second hand parts which alot of us have lying around but are to lazy to advertise or are just keeping in case ''i'll need it someday myself''

basicly what im gettin at (if you cant guess already) is why dont we help one another out ???? we'd get to know each other better as club members, learn more about our common interest : minis.. and improve our skills and knowledge on cars (minis) in general... <---- quite handy to have a bit of know about when your using a car everyday

This takes me back a few years,the reason some of us know each other so well is the hours/days spent working on each others cars before we had wives and kids. At one point club members had two group lockups in Dublin stuffed with cars and parts ,one on the northside and one on the southside and Minis wold often run between the two fetching parts. Unfortunitly these days I hardly get time to work on my own cars but ti was great fun while it lasted and made some great friends.Go for it.
