Lough Rynn Harvest Festival and Vintage Day 7/9/08

I got notification today of the 14th Annual Lough Rynn Harvest Festival and Vintage Day that will take place this year on Sunday the 7th of September 2008, the venue is to be as last year at the Rooskey Bussiness Park in Rooskey, County Roscommon. further information about the day can be had by contacting George Reynolds on 071 96 24263.

Just a reminder for this event, I'll be heading down, but not displaying, still nothing on the road.

The show takes place on the site of the old Hanley Meats plant which is almost all concrete or tarmac, so no muddy fields to worry about, even if it does rain.

Hello was hopeing to go in the Inny,but i have a bit of trouble with the clutch side of thing's,ie no gear selected,clutch pedal lifted the Inny start's to move when the engine is running,puzzleing?,jon :twisted:

Inny sounds more like gearbox problem.Maybe just dirt in the oil.

Well I made it to Rooskey for about 3 o'clock yesterday and I have to say that it was a great day, there were many more cars than last year, but not as many Minis. There were some good stalls with one guy from the north with loads of old BMC parts ,still boxed, he even had a boxed quarter light handle that Woody had been looking for for his Australian Mini doors. I took a few photos, but as luck would have it , the batteries went in the camera and I only ended up with a few snaps, didn't even get a pic of each Mini there, anyway here is what I took.
