There will be a Cars for Sale section here as well so it might suit those of you with cars currently for sale on this forum to bring them along.

Following the commitee meeting held after the camping weekend in Parsons Green it was decided to change the charges for this event. The fees are as follows.
Trade stall 10 euro.
Car for sale 10 euro.
Private stall non IMOC member 5 euro.
IMOC member stall No fee.

So if your hoarding a stock of old mini bits that you think you will never use,now is the time to get organised and turn those old bits into cold hadr cash ready for spending on new shiny bits.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

Well, I think is saft to say that today was another successful event.

I was there for the first two hours and again show a good few cars I hadn't seen before.

Good to see new and old stuff for sale, I hope everyone sold a bit and those searching found what they were looking for. I know if I had kept my hornet, I would have picked up a door (which are different to a Mini's), a set of 10 inch wheels and a modified head.

Anyway well done to the organizing lads.

I agree completely. At one point I counted 25+ Minis parked together in our allocated area at the back of the Clonsilla Inn. The weather was excellent, loads of new people turned up, and the whole afternoon had the feel of a parish fete where so many people knew each other and it was as much a social got-together as an autojumble.

Well done to those who travelled from all over Ireland to attend. Apart from all the locals, I met members from Wexford, Limerick, Clare, Shannonside, Northern Ireland, and the 2 beauts from Cork who travelled up with me.

Fair play to the ER crew who manned the club stand and kept everything in order.

Just a few words to thank everyone for coming and making the autojumble a huge success. To Milton for doing the initial booking,to all the members that brought items to sell on the day,to Maxi who did not forget to bring along the sun,to Ian Graham of Miniquip who did a roaring trade all day,to all the members that came along, some with and some without their minis for a nosey and to buy some stuff,it was great to see so many minis parked up in the carpark and great to chat to so many people,it was a great social event,to Ronan for his help getting set up,to Killian who would sell ice to eskimos and who did a great job in manning the stand,we will have to order more club merchanise,he sold the lot and a big hello and welcome to all the new members that joined up yesterday.Don,t be afraid to say hello on the forum and we hope to see ye all on the 12th of Oct for the next club event in the east. Here are a few pictures from yesterday.

It was a great day alright, it was good to meet up for the chat, see all the Minis, and buy a few parts.
Maybe we should think about holding another one next year say around Easter, when we might have a chance of some good weather?
