can any one recomend an insurance company or broker who offer competive quotes for a 20 year old mini city.. :D

You could try AXA. When I changed to an older car recently (E30 BMW) as my main driver had to change company due to the cars age - which makes no sense as it has a current NCT. Anyways my broker came back with best quote from AXA

Hiberinan also insure older cars, my Austin will be 28 in November, I am insured on it as a daily driver, you get free breakdown cover too, something I have never had to use.

Mine is 18 this year and I am with Quinn Direct; they seem to have good prices.
