Ok...first of all...hi-lo to you all...havent been on any mini related sites in a long time, busy with holidays, and enjoying this gorgeous summer weather :P
anyhow, problem.
since i got my new rear lights in the mini they have never worked 100% i didnt put them in, the panel beater did it, i should have told him to stick at the panel beating...anyway get to the point and all the rest....
1. when they did work both the brake light and the taillight were both on at the same time.
2. the PB got rid of the connection, and just wired them using connectors.
3. when the lights were off, i would brake and my dash lights would light up, and sidelights would come on..weird i know!!
now they just dont work at all, bar when i brake they light up. dash lights are also now not working. have to be v. carefull at night, not very safe!!
at the weekend i rewired them myself using new connectors etc, but still no joy....can anyone help meee pleeassseee, as i wana drive to dublin to bring a chick on a date in the mini!! :L:L:L:L:L
fuses are all fine in the fuse box, so any idears?
thanks,
conor.
