Not Fair, the photo doesn't show how steep the incline really was.

The fog added to the day, but we will have to head back some time when the sun is out, I'd say it's a nice place in the summertime.

Thanks to all who attended the run and well done to Milton for organising the event, we have the AGM at the end of the month, and I'm believe Milton is already working on an event for March and possibly a run to the Durrow Show in April.

Pity the poor flute who had to carry Neil's picnic basket up said hill. I might have been slagged for my Ducky-feeding bread wrapper but as least I was able to chuck it in the bin at the playground when I was finished!

Overall a good afternoon. The kids were unconscious by the time Simon realised the real way back to Lusk (5 minutes after leaving Ardgillan).

I'd second TMG's idea. Ardgillan would be worth a return visit on a fine day.
