IMOC AGM Sunday 26th. February 2023

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Sunday 26th February 2023 in The Maldron Hotel Portlaoise
All fully paid up members of the club are invited to attend and have the right to vote on matters of I.M.O.C. business.
Motions or proposals for the A.G.M., including the Names and Membership numbers of both the Proposer and Seconder must be submitted to the club secretary in writing on or before Monday 20th February. Both the Proposer and the Seconder must attend the A.G.M. in person.

Membership Renewal applications and fees can be submitted to the Club Secretary at the door prior to the A.G.M. or posted to the above address.
Sunday lunch is served in the hotel. We ask that anyone dining beforehand give themselves plenty of time for the journey and to dine, as it will be a punctual 2pm start to facilitate those who have long journeys home.
A full and punctual attendance would be greatly appreciated.
