Hi - how do I add photos to a Post?

This current version of the forum doesn't allow the hosting of photos in posts, having said that, you can post a link to your photo if you have it hosted elsewhere on the net.
There are a few sites out there that will host your pics for free, I have only had experience with http://www.photobucket.com , you set up an account and then upload the pics from your PC, then just cut and paste the image tag, that photobucket supply you for your pic, to your post. Anyone who wants to see the pic just has to click on the tag.
