Depends on the question.
If its a general question about buying a mini or insurance or events it goes in the general section.
If its technical advice put it in the technical section
If your looking for a part the wanted section.
If your starting a restoration or some big repairs start a thread in the projects section.
If your question is about a specific event put it in the thread for that event.
