My new!(and first) Mini!!

I finally got to buy my first mini,here it is

But i did it a very hard way,went all the way over to just by east midlands airport in the uk to get it!!
its a 95 Mini Cooper 1.3spi,so far im very happy with it,did nearly 500 hundred miles on the motorways over there in one day and not a bother on it!!
Not a spot of rust on it,lots of panels were just replaced.

A few things that i wanna do to it though!

wanna change the clear rear lenses back to original,so if anyone knows of anywhere to get them or has any lying around.
And the bages to the mini cooper ones with the green wreath
a few other things to tidy up the engine

also im not completly sure about the model,it has a cooper sport badge on it and john Cooper stickers,so which model is it,and how can i tell?

Wow!, it looks great. i love the colour 8) best of luck with it.

I would imagine its a standard production cooper though.
The john cooper signature stripes and cooper sport badges can be bought as after market accessories, the cooper sport badges only came standard on the very last of the coopers.
If it says cooper on the book then it does exactly what it says on the tin!

i kinda thought it would be a standard one,what was funny was today in malahide i seen a mini with the exact same john cooper stickers and cooper sport badge hahaha.yeah,the colour really grabbed me!

That check always says 31s Dec of the year of manufacture!
Check the logbook for the proper date :)

yeah,i only just remembered after i was registered in may 95 so it would be some magic car!!haha :shock:
