This is a rare example of a pre 1980 Irish mini. Bought the car two and a half years ago with the intention of restoring it but selling due to emigration.

The car is an original Wexford registration which spent 15 years in a garage until I bought it in 2014. The car has been garaged since then.

Unfortunately the car has been the victim of poor repair work. The floor has been badly repaired in places with fibreglass. The car would likely need an entire new floor and other minor rust repairs before being roadworthy. The paint is also not great.

The condition of the car makes it ideal as a project for someone with the time and knowledge to restore it. It would make an ideal winter project.

The condition of the car is reflected in the price and pristine examples would go for thousands of euros more.

Comes with original brown logbook.

The car is garaged in Kingscourt county Cavan. I am currently living in Dublin and will need some notice to arrange a viewing.

Yep car sold for asking to first caller. Had four people offer me the asking price.

And hilariously just received a DoneDeal message offering €200

Best of luck to the new owner, will be good to see it back on the road.
