Alloy radiator
Hi I have 1000 mini and want to fit a alloy radiator. I was wondering has any one bought the mini spares or a fletcher radiator?

Re: Alloy radiator
Hi Jonathan,
I have the minispares one in the pickup the one at the time was £110 plus VAT I think. And is great needed to fit a smaller spacer to my fan though as is a twin core rad so much thicker then standard one

Re: Alloy radiator
I use the minispares 2 core the the MPi and turbo engines but its not alloy. I think the alloy one is a lot dearer. 2 core does a great job.

+1 for the Minispares 2 core. I use one on my 1480 engine and it's fantastic.

Re: Alloy radiator
I have a Radtec alloy rad in my 16v GT and I have a Minispares 2 core in my 16V Estate and I find the 2 core to be every bit as capable of cooling as the alloy one, even when towing the Puck. And the Minispares one was half the price of the Radtec one which is made in the UK and not to be confused with some of the cheap Chinese alloy radiators that are on the market and have a dubious record. The Minispares one may not be a bling as an alloy one but the cheaper alloy one might cost more in the long run.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

Re: Alloy radiator
Hi all thank you for your posts.
Have been comparing review and prices and the mini spares normal 2 core is 126 sterling and the fletchers 2 core alloy is only 108 Euro so going to do more research before I buy any
