The battery on my 1994 Mini Cooper has just died and i need a new one. Is there a particular battery that i should try and get that will work best?

Thanks
Tom

That's bang on Bert, have one in my own
The standard battery for a mini was the 045 but the 063 can give you better cranking power and fits the battery box so much better

The 063 fits nicely and is the standard battery for mini estates as it is lower and fits under the rear seat. It is however also wider and will fit with a squeese with a standard spare wheel and tyre but if you have a larger spare 165/70 R12 it won't fit.
