Em, looks like drivers on the right yeah? An passenger on left? If so then passenger side is ripped as the lift handle faces outwards? Am I correct
If it's bigger than a mini it's not a mini

No they are the right way round. when getting in the back you pull the knob at the bottom of the seat. The lever on the side is so the driver can lift the seat to let you in or out.
