There's an episode of Vintage Voltage where they convert a Mini to electric power. I've been driving electric since last year (VW ID4) and they're great craic to drive. Would love to try an electric Mini.

This is genuinely impressive. If I had the money, time and skills of this chap I still wouldn't have the nerve and patience to do it...

I thought the weight increase would be much more than 40 kg. How did they do it?
Tesla wasn't against this modernization or is it none of their business?
